To ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant, orderly, and respectful stay, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below.
🚭 No Smoking
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. In case of violation, a penalty of 300 euros shall be due.
🕒 Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: from 14:00 (flexible upon request).
• Check-out: by 10:00.
To help us welcome you properly, please let us know your arrival time in advance.
🧼 Care and Cleaning of the House
• Please treat the space with respect and care.
• Any damage must be reported immediately.
• Before departure, leave the house in a tidy and decent condition.
🔇 Respect for the Neighbourhood
• Quiet hours from 00:00 to 08:00.
• Avoid loud music or activities that may disturb others.
⚙️ Use of Appliances and Systems
• Use appliances carefully and follow the provided instructions.
• Turn off lights, heating, and air conditioning when not needed or when leaving the house.
🙅♂️ External Guests and Parties
• Unregistered guests are not allowed without prior authorization.
• Parties or events are prohibited unless specifically agreed with the owner.
♻️ Recycling
• Please follow the waste sorting system indicated in the house guide.
🔐 Safety
• Always close doors and windows when leaving.
• Do not leave valuables unattended.
• In case of need, contact us immediately.
